Solanum Digital is a UK digital agency based in Nottingham. We build websites, dashboards, and provide ongoing digital retainer services for small businesses across the United Kingdom.

When you submit our contact form, we collect the following information:

We do not collect any payment information, and we do not use tracking cookies unless Google Analytics has been enabled (see the Cookies section below).

How your data is processed

Contact form submissions on this site are handled by Formspree, a third-party form processing service. When you submit the form, your data is transmitted to and stored on Formspree's servers. Formspree's own privacy policy applies to this processing.

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry. We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies

This website does not set any cookies by default.

If Google Analytics is enabled in the future, it will set cookies to collect anonymised usage data such as pages visited, session duration, and general geographic location (country/city level). No personally identifiable information is sent to Google Analytics. You will be notified via the cookie banner at the bottom of the page before analytics cookies are set, and this policy will be updated accordingly.

Data retention

Enquiry data submitted through the contact form is retained by Formspree in accordance with their data retention policy. We retain copies of correspondence for as long as is reasonably necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations.
